Tucson Engagement Session
Jennie and Christina live in Tucson but were planning a spring destination wedding in Del Mar, CA.
So getting a time to see their photographer to do engagement photos was proving to be a challenge.
An opportunity came up for Eder Photo to travel to Arizona on another photography assignment, and I convinced him
that it was a great time to visit the ladies to do their session, as well. Essentially this meant a long day of driving and multiple
assignments for him in one day, but he doesn’t back down from a challenge!
The catch, was that I was now becoming his assistant, and had to hold reflectors, lighting, lenses, and whatever else he wanted me to do.
And to top things off, when we arrived to Phoenix for the first assignment, there was a serious threat of rain for the outdoor shoot, and heavy wind!
He managed to complete the first job as scheduled, and then we made our way to Tucson. It was a long drive, in rush hour traffic, and we finally arrived to the shopping center where we were meeting the brides, but at this point everything was starting to close!
Eder quickly scouted the area and found some spots he wanted to shoot in, so we got the gear out and got to work.
It was a chilly evening, so the ladies were bundled up, and just had fun being themselves and hanging out in some areas of the mall.
Seeing the photos you wouldn’t really know it was a shopping center if I had not stated it!
Eder is a talented photographer always ready to push himself and experiment to get a great shot, and I think you will agree when you see the photos here.
