Do I need a Wedding Planner or Coordinator?
Well do you? Every couple deserves to have professional help. Even if only the bare minimum. Let your family and friends have the day to celebrate and leave the work to us! You will all benefit from the peace of mind that comes knowing we will handle the details for the whole day, and leave you all to celebrate and enjoy your guests!
Will you travel to XYZ location?
Chances are, yes. We love to travel. With our extensive network of full time event professionals, we can help you no matter where your event is taking place. Minimal travel fees are associated, of course. But we can talk about that and your event.
Is a consultation free so I can see if we are a good fit?
ABSOLUTELY! We have to make sure you are a good fit for us, as well. We always include a one hour complimentary consultation if you are local, or a phone call to discuss your needs and how we can help.
Do you know vendors to keep me on budget?
We know vendors for EVERY budget. We refer and recommend only full time event professionals so you can be sure your event is a priority for everyone involved.
What is the difference in a venue coordinator and an outside coordinator?
A venue coordinators job is in the details of the package you purchased from the venue. They will let the kitchen know your final count, meal choices, and linen selections. On the event day they might stop in to say hello, but it is not typical. They may offer you referrals in one of your meetings based on vendors they know that have worked at their venue before. Please be advised they will not handle the details of any outside vendors, they will not keep track of your budget when making suggestions, and they will not confirm the contracts are secure and in place. An outside coordinator will work hand in hand with you to make sure you have the best vendor team for your needs and your budget, be present on the event day to setup all of your personal items, keep you on time, cue the music, and oversee teardown. There is a big difference and one is not the other.
Do you have references?
Of course! We have reviews on many different online sites, or to be put in touch with a past client, contact us and we will send over some names of past clients that will be happy to talk to you.
Do you take credit cards?
We sure do, and we will invoice you accordingly.
